As I have agreed with many of my chef interviewees food is not only meant to look appetizing, but also be nourishing, taste good, and be served in a good ambiance for us to have the best experience. Here are some current food recommendations that I have lately also written editorials on:
ARABIAN NIGHTS AT MOROCOCO CAFE
To enjoy Seoul´s gastronomy scenery with a tad of exoticism, we recommend visiting Morococo Cafe, located in Haebangchon but bringing you the real Morrocan experience. The beautiful warm lights and decorations will warm up your heart while the authentic and delicious food will energize your body. Here you will not only be able to enjoy delicious hearty food, made with loads of care and real Moroccan-style tea but also the wonderful and warm service and welcoming from the whole team.

GRAIN, HEALTHY AND DELICIOUS
Grain is a relatively new spot, opening a bit less than a year ago in a beautiful corner of Yeonnam-dong. It is a vegetarian and vegan-friendly spot ready to shower you with extremely Instagrammable food. From the decor to their dishes, everything at this restaurant is flash deserving, so don’t forget to charge your phone because I am sure you will snap many pictures during your visit. With an aesthetic that made me instantly go back to my two years living in Berlin, the chef and owner of Grain Jae Yun Choi, got the idea and inspiration to open this new place while traveling. Places like Hawaii or Europe seemed to have many healthy food options that were also tasty, but this was still unheard of in most parts of Korea. That is why he decided to open his own spot to recreate the nukkim (느낌, feeling) of health and wellness he got while traveling.
